Former NY Jets QB Broadway Joe Namath Back in Uniform

Broadway Joe Namath is back in the news.

Forty-five years after guaranteeing an unlikely 1969 New York Jets Super Bowl III victory over the heavily favored Baltimore Colts, the Hall of Fame QB surprisingly donned his revered #12 jersey again.

But, Broadway Joe wasn’t wearing pads and a green and white helmet this time. The 70 year-old football icon was sporting the hat, stirrups and pinstripe uniform top of the Bronx Bombers.
